How do I unlock a tesco mobile phone??

I have a samsung D500, which I am using as a spare phone since my newer D900 is broken. However, I seem to have done something which has locked the SIM card, but I have forgotten the PUK code which is used to actually unlock the phone. Can anyone help me, or does anyone know a free site which will help me unlock my phone please?

Give your network provider a call. They will be able to give you the PUK code and the instructions on how to enter it and what to do. If you enter the wrong PUK code 10 times, the sim will be totally locked. You will then have to get a new sim, as the other one won’t be able to be repaired or unlocked.
