Blue-tooth not working?
Just recently, my computer had some corrupt drivers, and the entire computer had to be wiped and restored with the recovery disc. Said recovery disc also happened to destroy part of the motherboard, which tech support eventually came and replaced. Before I had troubles, my computer was linked to my Samsung Messenger and my bluetooth headset and worked without any problems. Now that it has been recovered, repaired, and in good working condition again, I cannot seem to find any bluetooth settings. I have tried to “add new device” and chosen bluetooth connection , but my computer cannot seem to find anything. Does anyone know if maybe replacing the motherboard, or wiping the hard drive removed my bluetooth ability? (I don’t know much about computer hardware)
Unplug your pc hardware(if external)
Now plug in back.
install these bluetooth drives-http://download.cnet.com/USB-Bluetooth-Driver-V2-0-EDR/3000-18493_4-96877.html
After installing your hardware should show up.
