Whats the best mobile phone plan (in Australia) that will let me…?

Surf the internet and make international calls.

I’m not from Australia so I can’t make a good reco on a mobile phone provider, but for international calls you should give Bobsled a try. I use it to make Voice calls over Facebook, and it doesn’t cost anything. It won’t help you if you are planning on making international calls while you’re out and about, but if you are by your computer it does the trick.
