what can i do with used cell phones that my dirtbag roomate left here? Can I sell these things?

My old roommate took off without paying the rent and left like 6 cell phones behind. Can I do anything with them?

I personally don’t know about selling them, but if that comes up a loss, please donate them and do not throw them out!
